Where exactly is Bear Hollow located?

The Bear Hollow area is located just off of Highway 224 as you exit the Kimball Junction area of Park City. It is a half mile down on the right side located just below the Utah Olympic Park. You can see the large ski jumping hill from the road and this community is located in the previously open space below it. Just across the street from the Redstone area shopping center with stores and restaurants for the area. 

What is the average price of homes?

Condominiums start around the 150k range and go up to townhomes close to 500k depending on the size and location. Some single family homes are scattered above these units on the hillside with some reaching up to 2M in price in the Cedar Draw area of Bear Hollow. Average prices fall around 300k-400k making it an affordable location for a condo in Park City. 

Why do residents choose to live in Bear Hollow?

The location and affordability of Bear Hollow is a fantastic buying proposition for many people looking at real estate in the area. Much of the development is housed by full time residents and the others are typically in the rental pool. The close proximity to I-80 to reach Salt Lake and being within 8 minutes of every resort in the area is very attractive and the costs stay lower by being outside of the Park City limits. 

How close is this area to the ski resorts and Main Street?

This area is less than five minutes away from The Canyons resort and less than ten minutes down Highway 224 to reach Deer Valley and Park City. Main Street is also just less than ten minutes away for an easy drive into town. Salt Lake City can be reached in twenty five minutes from this location making it great for commuters to the valley.
