Where exactly is Deer Valley located?
Located inside of Park City, Utah this luxury ski resort area is a quick 40 minute drive from the Salt Lake City airport making it a convenient ski getaway for those flying in from across the country. You can either drive through downtown Park City on Highway 224 until you get to Deer Valley Drive, or go around the back side of the resort to the Jordanelle/Deer Crest side of the ski resort for entrance.
What is the average price of real estate for sale?
Condominiums and townhomes can be found spread throughout the area with many on and off the slope accommodations to choose from. Smaller condos that do not have ski access can start around the 500k range and go all the way up to multi-million dollar penthouses. With a wide variety and large volume of condos to choose from, picking an area within the development and searching for property in that particular area is often helpful.
Single family homes can sometimes be had for under one million in the Lower Deer Valley area but most of the homes start at one million and can reach up to staggering twenty million dollar estates. On average you would be looking at 2M-4M for a nice ski home in the Deer Valley area.
