Where exactly is Midway compared to Park City?

When traveling to Midway it is usually accessed by heading from Park City on Highway 40 towards the Heber Valley. The drive only takes ten to fifteen minutes and is very pretty as you pass the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Crest areas. As you drop into the area you will turn onto the main drive that takes you over the Provo River towards the Wasatch Mountains. This are reaches from the hillside over towards the center of the valley almost reaching Heber City in the center. Much of this area looks up at the Timpanogas Mountains or has views of the stunning Provo River. 

What is the average price of real estate for sale?

Homes in Midway can start as low as 200k and go up to over one million depending on the size and location. The area offers many golf course properties from single family homes to some townhomes and condominiums with great views. Pricing here typically stays lower than the Park City area as it is not as close to the ski resorts but it offers a great lifestyle in Heber Valley. 

How close is this area to the Main Street & other ski resorts? 

You can reach the Deer Crest area of Deer Valley within five minutes which is very convenient for those living in Midway. Park City and Main Street will likely take fifteen minutes to reach the downtown area and add a few minutes onto the trip to access The Canyons. Highway 40 connects these two areas and makes for a quick commute between cities.
