Where exactly is Old Town inside of Park City?

The Old Town area sits in between both Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resorts in the middle of a valley. One one side, homes on Woodside, Park Avenue, Norfolk, and a few other popular roads have homes lining the hillside by Park City resort with some containing ski access and others situated close to Main Street. The opposite side of the valley where Ontario Dr is located looks across the valley and over Main St. 

What is the average price of real estate for sale?

 Many condominiums in the area can be found at affordable prices depending on the location. Some can be had as low as 200k but as you get closer to either the ski resorts or Main Street, the prices go up considerably in costs. Homes surrounding Main Street typically start around 700k-800k and go up to multi-million dollar homes, many of which containing both ski access and walking distance to the stores. There are real estate options for everyone in this area of Park City. 

How close is this area to Park City ski resorts? 

Since it is situated in between both ski resorts in town, you can reach either within five minutes in either direction. The Canyons will likely put you just over five minutes to reach down Highway 224 making Old Town one of the most convenient locations in all of the area.
