The area is located in the Park City limits next to the Park City High School and many shopping areas just outside of Old Town. You can access the area by travelling on Highway 224 into town and taking a left once you reach Kearns Blvd, or by coming into Park City the back way from Highway 40. 

What is the average price of real estate for sale in the area?

Single family homes in the area typically start around 500k for an average home and cgo up in price from there. Nicer homes can be found in Chatham Hills within Prospector for a quiet location in town while still being close to everything you can ask for. Condominiums are scattered throughout the area as well starting around 300k making this an attractive location for a ski condo in Park City.
