Where exactly is Silver Creek in Park City?

This area is located just off of Interstate I-80 just passed the Kimball Junction exit. The road merges with Highway 40 which connects to Heber City and this is where you will find the exit for Silver Creek. It is about 5-10 minutes outside of the Park City area but set back just enough on the surrounding hillside to have some of the best views of the ski resorts in the entire area. A beautiful setting for a nice horse property or large single family home with private land. 

What is the average price of real estate for sale in the area?

Vacant land for sale within the Silver creek area can start around 150k for smaller parcels and go up to well over 10 acres. If you're looking for a single family home in this area of town, you'll likely be starting at the 500k range for a smaller home and lot with many homes reaching over 1M in price for the best of the best. Some owners have extensive equestrian facilities and large stables and barns on their land making them even more valuable. 

How close is this area to either Park City or Salt Lake City? 

The Park City limits can be reached within ten minutes and Kimball Junction in less than five. Since this area is situated right on the I-80 junction, Salt Lake City can be reached by Parleys Canyon in about thirty minutes from the start of the interstate. These times can be extended if you live further back within the development like in the Preserve which takes some time to leave the area and windy roads.
