Congratulations to our clients from Denver who are moving back to Utah and decided to buy a brand new unit at Canyon Links In Jeremy Ranch. This was the last new unit in this phase of the development which has really been selling very quickly. Some of the new phases have already been sold out prior to completion as the Jeremy area has been very active lately in this price range. This is a three bedroom unit with high end finishes and three levels with views up towards the top of the Jeremy hillside. The location of these units is stellar and provides quick access for these buyers who will be commuting to Salt Lake City for work.

The Fisher Group represented the buyers and closed today for $457,500 (public record).

This area will be surrounded on both sides by the golf course currently being built at The Canyons making this a beautiful location and great opportunity to get into the area before it is fully developed with all of the amenities will have. Fairway Springs is a part of the Frostwood planned
