When searching this area it is easy to split ones search into four different locations that offer a unique value proposition for owning in the Deer Valley area.
Lower Deer Valley
This area encompasses everything around the main Snow Park Lodge ski area of Deer Valley and everything below it. You'll find some of the more affordable prices for entry level condominiums here as well as some high end direct ski-in ski-out properties like the Black Diamond Lodge. Many of the condo developments here have an easy walk to the lifts, a quick walk to the parking lot pickup carts, or you can hop on the city bus to be taken to the ski area directly.
This location is appealing to many due to it's proximity to the ski lifts as well as quick in and out access to Old Town/Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Upper Deer Valley
The upper portion of the Deer Valley area is situated around the Silver Lake Village hub of Deer Valley. This is a higher elevation hub with multiple lifts going in all different directions on the mountain and a great place to start and end your day on the slopes. Here buyers will find an incredibly wide variety of real estate available from ski-in ski-out properties all over the mountain to other units with great views situated in the trees in a quiet setting. Pricing starts around 700k and will reach close to 8M in pricing so it is best to have a direct conversation with us about your needs/wants for an Upper Deer Valley ski property. This area is home to developments like Stein Ericksen Residences, The Chateaux, Stag Lodge, and much more.
An exclusive neighborhood located five minutes above Old Town, Empire Pass contains only ski-in ski-out residences from small two bedroom condominiums to penthouse units at the Montage. The majority of the sales in this area occur in the buildings surrounding the Talisker club which is an exclusive membership that allows you to use the on-site amenities as well as a golf membership at their Tuhaye country club. This area contains a number of buildings surrounding the Silver Strike Chairlift at Deer Valley Resort for an unbeatable ski access and proximity to amenities. Other options in Empire Pass would be larger townhomes and ski-in ski-out single family homes all with quick access to the slopes. Pricing here starts at 1M for smaller condominiums and reaches 8M or so with the larger penthouse residences. This area is home to The Montage, Red Cloud, Flagstaff, and many others.
For a "Lake Tahoe" like feel right here in Park City you can look in the Deer Crest area of Deer Valley. This location is perched above the Jordanelle Reservoir for breathtaking views of the lake and mountain views out towards the Uinta Mountain Range. While this is mostly for single family homes that are ski-in ski-out, there are quite a few options available within the St. Regis building or a few smaller developments like the Deer Crest Townhomes.
