Where exactly is Jordanelle compared to Park City?

The area can be reached by traveling on Highway 40 outside of Park City that connects to the Heber City valley with the reservoir halfway in between these two cities. It is situated directly below the Deer Crest area of Deer Valley off of the Mayflower exit where you can find the large camping area and marina. Te opposite side of the lake heading towards the Kamas Valley is also covered with homes and condominiums with lake views offering even more opportunity in the area. 

What is the average price of real estate for sale?

With the large amount of new condo development occurring over the last few years, many of these developments start around the 300k price range making it very affordable for newer real estate. On average you will be looking at spending 400k for a solid piece of real estate in the area with a decent view. Homes in the area can go up drastically in price in area such as Deer Mountain or Hideout Canyon. There are options here for any buyer, in any price range and should definitely be looked at if you're looking at buying in the Park City area. 

How close is this area to Park City & ski resorts? 

You are within five to ten minutes to Park City from almost anywhere around this area and about the same distance to many of the resorts. With access to Deer Crest right by the Jordanelle exit, many owners in this area experience easy access to the mountain very close to home.
