The Park Meadows subdivision is located in town and is the largest community in the Park City limits. The area is located in Park City Proper near the Prospector area of Park City and across highway 224 from Thaynes Canyon in town. This large subdivision stretches across the valley with parts of the area overlooking the Snyderville Basin and others backing the Round Valley area and trail systems. Many areas of the community are looking up towards Park City Mountain Resort.

Single family homes in the area cost more than those in the Park City Extended or Snyderville Basin areas of Park City due to it's in town location. Homes can be found from 500k and up but the majority of which are 800k plus.
