The Pinebrook area is a popular location for primary residences and commuters to the Salt Lake valley wanting the mountain lifestyle. This neighborhood is situated across from the popular Jeremy Ranch area and contains a wide variety of single family homes and condominiums scattered along the mountain for a relaxing mountain feel. This side of the hillside is much more wooded than the Jeremy area which many families relocating to the area enjoy in their search for the small town mountain life.
The area is located just across I-80 from the Jeremy Ranch area and about ten minutes from the main part of Park City and Deer Valley. Many commuters find this area attractive for valley commuting as it has nicer homes than Summit Park and still close enough for the easy commute.
