Where exactly is The Canyons located?

The Canyons in the famous Park City, Utah area a half an hour from the Salt Lake City Valley. Traveling up Interstate 80 and exiting Kimball Junction onto Highway 223 will take you right to the base of the resort for a short drive from the airport. This development is technically outside of the Park City limits and is in "Snyderville Basin". 

What is The Canyons Resort average price of real estate?

There is a broad range of real estate options available for buyers looking to purchase a vacation or ski property at the Canyons area. The base of the resort contains numerous timeshare and fractional opportunities. For full ownership units typically start at around 250k and go up to 1.5M in price for luxurious units at the Hyatt Escala and Waldorf Astoria. Other than the phenomenal skiing and snowboarding this area has to offer, it is a nice alternative to Deer Valley and Park City for some buyers. You can get more for your money here, are closer to the Salt Lake Intl. Airport, and offers a different type of lifestyle than the other ski resorts in the area. 

How close is this area to the ski resorts and Main Street?

This ski resort is only five minutes from the other two; Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The same goes for Main Street as it is a short five minute drive down Highway 224 to the Main Street area and all the shopping and restaurants you can ask for.
